Guests wait for everything
Menu, waiter, the bill. The first impression is ruined before the food even arrives.
A tablet on every table. Guests browse the full menu and order in one tap. Staff confirm and serve at the right moment. We don't replace waiters; we free them for hospitality.

*Independent benchmark of table-side tablets: 2.6M checks across 66 venues (Tan & Netessine, Management Science, 2019). WaitlessHub is pre-launch; we'll validate locally in our 2026 Yerevan demo. QR preference: Technomic, 2022.
Menu, waiter, the bill. The first impression is ruined before the food even arrives.
Outdated prices, zero analytics, no upsell. Just printing costs.
A busy waiter misses the moment to suggest a dessert or a drink.
One waiter for ten tables: orders slip, guests get annoyed, tips walk away.
This isn't one restaurant's problem. It's a system-wide failure of the industry.
The guest leads, the system routes, the staff serve. One smooth flow.
The tablet is already on the table. Nothing to ask for.
Full menu: photos, modifiers, allergens, sizes.
Instant notification. No paper, no shouting.
One visit to the table, at the right moment.

Software is only part of it. The physical device on each table is the product.
Protects the tablet in a busy public environment.
Snaps out in a second for charging, cleaning, or moving.
The table tablet runs only the ordering app, nothing for guests to wander out of.
Two surfaces, one platform
We install the WaitlessHub ordering app on the anti-vandal tablet. Guests browse the full menu and order in one tap. No app, no sign-up.
Staff just open WaitlessHub in the browser on their own device: live orders, statuses and routing. No extra hardware to buy.

Wait less, taste more 😉

Menu, prices, upsell rules, analytics, ad slots, one click to every table. Multiple venues, one account.

On the roadmap: plug-and-play POS sync, starting with iiko, the system most Armenian and CIS venues already run, then r-keeper and others. No double data entry.
The cheap shortcut is a QR code. Here's why it can cost you more than it saves, and why most guests quietly resent it.

Figures from the only independent, peer-reviewed study of table-side tablets: 2.6M checks across 66 venues (Tan & Netessine, Management Science, 2019). A realistic benchmark, not a promise: WaitlessHub is pre-launch and will validate locally in the Q3 2026 Yerevan pilot.
While guests browse or wait, each tablet shows relevant, hyper-local ads: the venue's own promotions and dishes, or paid slots from outside brands. Unobtrusive, targeted, passive income, all managed from the owner dashboard.

No. WaitlessHub works alongside your team: guests self-order, staff confirm and serve. Plug-and-play sync with iiko, r-keeper and other POS systems is on our roadmap.
Never. The ordering app is pre-installed on the table tablet, guests just tap. Staff open WaitlessHub in the browser on their own phone or tablet; no extra hardware.
Each tablet ships in an anti-vandal housing on a detachable mount, built for busy public spaces. Devices are easy to swap, and you can buy or lease them with no upfront barrier.
Three combinable streams: hardware (buy or lease), a monthly SaaS subscription, and an optional ad-revenue share. Exact unit economics are being calibrated on the Q3 2026 Yerevan pilot.
It runs on the venue's standard Wi-Fi. The guest interface is a PWA, so brief connection hiccups don't interrupt an order in progress.
