WaitlessHub ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and the WaitlessHub product. The data controller is Erik Egnatosyan, an individual based in Yerevan, Armenia.

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, restaurant/company name, your role, and your message.

We also store one functional preference (your light/dark theme choice) in your browser's local storage. It is not used for tracking and never leaves your device.

We use the information from the contact form solely to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Our legal basis is your consent together with our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

To deliver and handle your message we rely on the following service providers acting on our behalf:

• Resend — email delivery (processed in the EU region).

• Vercel — website hosting.

• Google (Gmail) — the mailbox that receives your message.

Some of these providers are located outside Armenia (for example, in the European Union and the United States), so your data may be transferred and processed abroad. We only use reputable providers that apply appropriate safeguards to your data.

We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.

We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period afterwards, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only data stored in your browser is your theme preference, which is strictly functional and does not require consent.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@waitlesshub.am.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — in Armenia, the Personal Data Protection Agency under the Ministry of Justice; if you are in the EU/EEA, your local data protection authority.
